Justice and Empowerment Through Legal Aid
Nyay Neeti Foundation (NNF) is a registered non-profit organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, dedicated to providing free and effective legal aid to marginalized and vulnerable communities. Our mission is to empower individuals by leveraging the existing legal system to uphold their social, economic, and political rights. Comprising a collective of committed lawyers, we actively seek remedies through Courts, Tribunals, and government authorities. Beyond litigation, we engage in fact-finding missions, conduct in-depth research, promote legal awareness, and train passionate lawyers in human rights advocacy, fostering a more equitable society.

Our Mission
The overarching mission of the organisation is the empowerment of vulnerable communities by providing equitable and affordable access to the justice delivery system.

Who are we ?
We are a group of lawyers who have started a Non-profit Organisation in the name of ‘NYAY NEETI FOUNDATION’ (NNF) registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, to provide affordable legal assistance, conduct policy research, fact-findings, etc., with regard to the marginalised and other deprived communities.

What do we do ?
NNF provides free /affordable legal assistance in cases of Housing Rights, Labour Rights, Health Rights, Women and Child Rights, Criminal Justice, etc. Further, NNF also intends to support a viable legal career for lawyers interested in pro-bono litigation.

Why do we need your Support ?
NNF is dependent on crowd funding for its activities like litigation, policy research, fact-finding, meeting the community on the ground, amongst others. We will be able to continue our activities even if you contribute a small amount starting from Rs – 100/- onwards. All our accounts will be properly audited and uploaded to our website.
