It is not just a guiding text to achieving the essence of the preamble, a constitution is the resemblance of the political will of the society. However, when we look into ourselves the social imbalance of our society is very conspicuous and evident. No society is flawless and each society has its own inherited menaces, but it is the duty of public functionaries, intellectuals, political organizations and every common to eradicate such social evils over time. The political solution is the only permanent solution against societal contradictions based on class, caste and culture.

The solutions are not limited to the legislature, the courts are the flag-bearers of constitutional ethos and morality. But it is a hard reality in our existing society that even constitutional protections have a price, a price which can’t be afforded by a majority of this country.
